Josue Llanas is an electrical engineer by trade who graduated from the University of Texas Pan American (now UTRGV). In 2016 he moved to Houston to inspect pipelines as an engineer and through traveling the United States, he discovered Bigger Pockets podcast. He started an LLC in October of 2017 and through persistence completed his first wholesale deal in April of 2018.
Thus began his journey into real estate investing that has led him to learn different investment methods such as wholesaling, wholetailing, net listings, novation agreements, Sub2 transactions, fix and flips, rentals, etc. This has given him a full range of tools that he can use to help homeowners when he contacts them directly through marketing efforts.
In March of 2021 I successfully wholesaled a 15 unit condo portfolio in the heights (with two other partners) for $937,500. They had it under contract for $750,00 for a $187,000 wholesale spread. He is now marketing direct to multifamily owners as well as single family homeowners. Every deal is constructed to be a win-win for everyone involved so that everyone profits.
